Customers performing maintenance and installations during off-hours can rest assured that CXR Larus offers Emergency Technical support 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
Additionally, Installation and User Manuals for all CXR Larus products are available free, 24 X 7 on our website.

The CXR Larus National Support Center technical staff is available for telephone consultation at 1-408-573-2715. This service is available 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, except holidays.

When contacting the CXR Larus National Support Center by phone or email, please have the following information available, which will speed the process:
1. The Model number and Serial number of the product.
2. The product List and Issue (if a Larus product).
3. Product purchase date - New install or already in service?
4. Your contact information (phone number, email address and so forth).
5. A description of the problem.
6. A log of the switch settings of the unit.
